Refunds

Changing your mind.

Subscriptions cancel in one command and you keep the period you have already paid for. Lifetime and prepaid packs are refundable within 14 days if you have not used them. That is the whole policy; the rest of this page is how each one works.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time, in one command.

ferrow unsubscribe

No retention flow, no "are you sure" maze, nothing to phone. It cancels at the end of the period you have paid for, and Ferrow keeps working until then. Nothing is billed after that.

The three cases, plainly:

Inside the trial
Cancel within the 3 days and nothing is charged at all. The card is collected at checkout and not charged during the trial.
After it renews
The period you are in has been paid for and is yours to use to its last day. We do not part-refund a month by default — but if it renewed and you meant to cancel, say so within 14 days and we will refund that renewal. Nobody should pay for a year they did not intend to buy.
Yearly
Same 14 days from the charge. After that the year is yours and it does not renew if you have cancelled.
Lifetime

14 days, if it is unused

A Lifetime purchase is refundable in full within 14 days of the payment, provided the key has not been used to run Managed usage against your account. Ask, and the money goes back to the card you paid with; the key stops working at the same time, because a refunded licence that still activates machines is not a refund, it is a giveaway.

Installing Ferrow, activating a machine and trying it does not count as "used" — that is the entire point of trying it. What counts is Managed model spend, which is real money paid to a provider on your behalf and cannot be unpaid.

Packs

Prepaid usage packs

A pack credits exactly its face value against Managed usage, and it does not expire.

  • Untouched, within 14 days — refunded in full, and the credit is removed from the balance.
  • Partly spent — the spent part has already gone to a model provider and cannot come back. Write to us anyway: we would rather look at what happened than have you shrug and leave.
  • Bought the wrong size — tell us within 14 days and we will sort it out, whichever direction it goes.

ferrow spendcap status shows the cap, what has been spent and what is left, so "unused" is a number you can check before you write rather than a judgement call we make for you.

How

Asking for one.

One email. There is no form and no ticket number to quote:

support@ferrow.ai

Include the cs_ checkout reference from the page you landed on after paying, or just the email address you paid with — either is enough to find the payment. A sentence about what went wrong helps, and is not a condition of the refund.

How it comes back
To the original card, through Stripe. Your bank decides how quickly it lands, which is usually a few working days and is not something we control.
What happens to access
A refunded purchase stops entitling the machines it activated. Your vault is untouched — it is your folder, on your disk, and no plan has ever been what made your notes readable.
Before a chargeback
Please email first. A chargeback takes weeks, freezes the account while the bank works, and gets you the same money we would have sent the same day.
Where you live
Some countries give consumers stronger cancellation rights than this page does. Those rights apply on top of it, and we will not argue with them.
If it is broken rather than unwanted

Try /support first — most of what stops a first evening is one line to fix, and we would rather you had the thing you bought than your money back. The 14 days do not run out while we are working on it with you.
