FERROW — LICENCE
Copyright (c) 2026 Ruzylo Holdings. All rights reserved.

Ferrow is commercial software. It is sold, not given away, and this file is the
short statement of that. The agreement itself — in plain English, in full, with
nothing incorporated by reference that you have not been shown — is published at
https://ferrow.ai/terms and it governs. Where this file and that page differ, the
page is the agreement.

WHAT YOU MAY DO

While your plan is current you may install and run Ferrow on the machines you
use, personally or for your work, and use it on your own material and your
clients'. You may read, inspect and modify the copy on your own disk. Ferrow
ships as readable JavaScript and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Your notes are yours. Nothing here gives us a licence to anything in the folder
Ferrow keeps them in.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

  - Resell, sublicense or redistribute Ferrow itself, or share a key so that
people who have not paid can use it as though they had.
  - Remove or defeat the licensing and metering, or misreport usage.
  - Use Ferrow to break the law, to attack systems you are not authorised to
touch, or to produce material that harms people.
  - Use a Ferrow account to resell model access as your own product.

Readable source is not an open-source licence, and this is not one: no OSI
licence is granted, expressly or by implication, and the absence of obfuscation
is a courtesy to the person who bought it rather than a grant to everyone else.

NO WARRANTY

Ferrow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Ferrow routes work to language models; models get things wrong and agents act on
what they are told. Every change Ferrow makes to your notes is logged and can be
undone, which is the protection we actually built rather than one we promise.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Components distributed with Ferrow under their own licences keep them, and those
licences travel with the files they cover — including the Fraunces typeface,
shipped under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (see web/fonts/OFL.txt).
